Very nice hotel, which was oppened spring 2012. Area is ok, l and within 10 minutes you can walk to sablon as well as to the grand place. It´s a pity, that they don´t have a proper parking spot.I will come back for sure.Very good value for money.

Book the inclusive package consisting of having extra's like high tea, drinks with hors d'hoevres and light snacks, breakfast. The check in was messy and very formal. He did forget to give us the card for electricity for the room. Was not aware we booked the inclusive package. We arrived late so could only use the drinks with hors d'hoevres and snacks. When asked for it...we got 1 glas of wine and peanuts. After he served us this he was only busy with others. Room was okay. Bed is nice. But nothing spectacular. Breakfast was really bad. No 4 stars for sure. Scrambled eggs and beacon which was could. That was the only "hot" food available. There was no replenish of the buffet so we had only some leftovers. The only thing we wanted was to check out as soon as possible and leave...

We stayed here for a long weekend during the Belgian Grand Prix.
No complaints regarding the room, it was spotless, cosy, large and well equipped. Only downfall was the really soft bed - I left with back ache! But hey - it could have been worse!

The booking included Club Facilities Inclusive of cost which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The breakfast was great - cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, continental rolls and meat and cheese and various pastries etc - we couldn't complain and it set us up for the day. Only downside to this was the evening drinks - usally in Club you help yourself but we had to ask the Receptionist to pour us some drinks.....after 2 we felt uncomfortable so we made out way out into town. The snacks were bar snacks - nuts, crisps and bread sticks - this is usually hot snacks in most hotels offering a small buffet.

Aside from those minor issues I wouldn't hesitate in coming back to stay - the price was more than fine for 3 nights and the hotel is fairly new so you know it's not too run down!

Room Tip: Close enough to walk to from the Eurostar Midi Station and Grand Place!

The rooms are small with very high ceilings. Feels like you are a shoe box on its side. Staff was friendly. Prices are fair around 95 euros.

Furthermore the hotel lacks parking and offers no dinner. Beds are of good size but way too soft.
I would not recommend the place to any friend.

The hotel is a good walk from the Midi Station. The walk down Stalingrad Avenue directly from the station to the hotel is through a dirty, untidy, seedy area. It is advisable to be careful if alone and walking at night.
There is a a safer road parrallel to this one which you can use. A cab from the station to the hotel is around seven euros.
The service was friendly and efficient, and we were allowed an early checkin.
The room was great, clean, with high ceilings and airconditioning. Good shower; WIFI was free.
Unable to fault the room.
The breakfast is good value, and the dining room really nice.
Its a short walk to the central shopping area.
If I ever go back to Brussels I would certainly stay there.

The hotel is a 12-15 minuted walk (pretty much straight up the road) from Gare du Midi. We arrived at about 10:30am, and were pleasantly shocked when the front desk let us have our room.

The hotel is a converted apartment building but has been done very tastefully. Very pretty wallpapers and contrasting coloured furniture. Great bed & a small but very efficient bathroom with a good shower and reasonable toiletries. As we used the room pretty much to shower and sleep, can't really fault it but I can see how the rooms/passageways/stairs may be a bit small for those accustomed to more space. We didn't try breakfast but it looked quite nice, albeit a bit pricey @ EUR15 each.

The hotel is very central & excellent for sightseeing - about a 15 minute walk to the Grand Place and Bourse.

Our company held a short meeting in this hotel and though their meeting area is not the best I have ever seen, but the hotel itself is simply great. Nearly al of us arrived around the same time and some of the rooms were not ready, since I had to change and also iron my shirt, they immediately helped me and gave me a room. The room's design is stunning. I had a room, overlooking the square and loved that I can open the windows (!!!!) the bathroom is spacious and again very unique design. The wifi is free and also availabel in the lobby. The breakfast was fine and the breakfast room is really lovely. Over all this is a good choice in Brussels both for business and leisure guests, the Grand Place is only 5 min walk.

Room Tip: Try to go for a room over looking the square in front of the hotel
