The hotel was modern and tidy. The room had really good and firm beds, the room was well-equipped even though there were no power outlets in the bathroom.
Breakfast was good but there were no vegetables available.
The rooms are not cleaned if you stay between 4-7 nights which is a bit odd.
Location is supreme, there is only a 5-minute walk to markets, subway station etc.

Nice big rooms and very clean.
Very good location close to the important areas in Brussels.
Also very helpful and friendly staff.
Keep in mind that breakfast is not included and that when you stay more than 3 nights, the rooms are not going to be cleaned as part of the price.

Nice, modern rooms with a well-equipped kitchenette. Bathroom was big and roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the wifi works great everywhere. Hotel is located in the office area and we could find parking easily. It's a 15 min walk to the Grand Palace through a beautiful park.
As parking was on the street, we had to wake up before 9 to buy a ticket or risked getting the car towed. Shower curtain was too small and that resulted in a very wet bathroom floor. Overall, a great stay!

Very Close to the Grand Place, Troon metro stop is very close by.

Check in is very simple, We stayed in a double bed studio apartment. Kitchenette is Well equipped with frying pans, saucepans, microwave and coffee machine (though they don't supply Mugs which is odd).

Around the corner is Brussels Park which has a couple of Bar/hut type places, quite pricey for a beer (most of Brussels is)

The room will NOT be cleaned if you stay between 4-7 nights however if you stay from 1-3 or 8+ it will be cleaned. Extra towels can be ordered for 5euro,

Modern Bathroom with great shower, this is a major pet hate of mine if the bathrooms are not clean or start to have mold. This bathroom is brand new and is great.

I had the same smell as another reviewer said, it almost smelt like warm food, i couldn't put my finger on it.

Neighborhood is safe, we walked back to the hotel at 4am after a night out on Thursday and was completely safe,

Will be booking again next time i visit. If you want to get food in so you can use your kitchenette i suggest jumping on the Metro at Troon, go 4 Stop (MAX 6MINS) to Rogier and go to City2 mall, Carrefour supermarket will get you your beer, bread, milk, meat etc.. all at a cheaper price.

Overall clean, crisp apartments, clean and comfortable beds and quiet location .

You can also do your laundry here, you dont need to buy detergent either, its 4euro50 for the washing machine and 2euro for the dryer. Iron is available on the -1 level or you can borrow one from reception.

Highly Recommended

Room Tip: The vies are not that great, we were on the 6th floor which was lovely and quiet so if you want a qu...

We stayed in this very clean, tidy and well located hotel for just one night but it was very good!

As we arrived we were welcomed by some very polite and well mannered staff. Our flight was rather early about four hours before our check in but this was no problem for the hotel as they gave us access to our room, a relief as we had huge suitcases!

The room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. The room also had a small kitchen which was very, very well equipped! The room was very clean as was the en suite, which had a very nice shower.

The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage the next day, our luggage had tags and were stored in a safe and secure room which made us feel quite content.

All and all, I imagine we will be back as Brussels is a city we love and I think we've found a hotel which can cater for our not-so-demanding needs!
