The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The room was nice and spacious enough for a rollaway for my son. Bathroom was also large. The executive club was small and not as elaborate as many Marriott executive lounges in Europe.

- Rooms are super nice, big and comfortable, ask for upgrade is available
- Lounge breakfast super complete + evening appetizers
- The staff is super friendly

The bad:
- Only one restaurant, but anyhow who wants to eat there

Great hotel in a really central location. We had a very nice room on the first floor. Really freindly staff. Negatives - breakfast on Sunday was a bit of a bun fight with the hot food trays remaining empty for most of our sitting (it was fine on saturday morning) - I don't consider a slice of toast, a spoonful of cold scrambled egg and a cup of coffee value for money - hence the reduced rating.

Same as you would expect from the Marriott: very comfortable, great location and beautiful rooms. However, you only get one hour of free internet access for 24hours. The location is very close to the metro, so you can get where you want.

I stayed two nights in the Marriott Brussels during a business trip. The central location is very convenient, and staff is friendly.
However, the whopping €249,00 a night PLUS €25,00 for breakfast are in no way justified. The rooms was at best medium sized. No bathrobe offered. Room not cleaned before 12:00. The aircon control was dysfunctional. The windows appeared to have had their last cleaning many months ago. A paper clip which was laying next to one of the desk legs did not disappear during the two days...perhaps too heavy for the vaccumer? Breakfast was rather plain, with industry-fab scrambled eggs and coffee of instant-style taste. If I'd paid half the price, and figured in the friendly staff and good location, I'd rated it 4 stars...but not for 275 + Wifi extra.

The location is perfect, if you want to be in the middle of everything. Near to Centra Station, bars and restaurants. The stuff is very helpful and pleasant. If I come back to Brussels, I'll stay here again.

The lobby and bar have many signs warning of the thieves and bad people around. While we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready, a young man grabbed another guest's backpack and went running out the door. The bell man caught him, but it made us feel unsafe to even be in the hotel. The internet service is from a service provider - ibahn - but it was very poor quality in terms of both ability to connect and then speed once you were connected. The terminals in the executive lounge, when they worked, would kick you off if you tried to send something to the printer, and the printer wouldn't print the documents. When queried, the desk staff admitted that the service could be good one week, but very poor the next week, but there was nothing they could do because it came from someone else (ibahn) - we apparently hit the bad week. The rooms were nice and clean, but VERY noisy. This hotel is not one of Marriott's better properties - especially for the price. Stay at the Conrad or Radisson Blu if you're going to Brussels.
