Just around the corner, literally, from the Brussels Centraal rail station, this clean, modern hotel has a wonderful staff who are ever so helpful; with The Financial Times free in the lobby daily. A terriffic breakfast is included, with make yourwn Belgian waffles!!!

A great location, just a block from the Main Central Square, you can walkto all parts of old Brussels with ease; and even walk to the EU Parliament. The Metro has a stop at the Centraal Staton,to reach all parts of Brussels.

High recommended and a great value.

Room Tip: As for a room on the upper floors with an even numbered room, to avoid the noise late at night of teen who congregate at the square in front of thrhotel. The hotel graciously and immediaitelt offered us a change of room to be in a quiet zone.

I stayed here on business for 2 nights(24 - 26 March). The hotel is in the Grasmarkt right next to the Grand Place, restaurants, shops and Cathedral etc. It is a E10 taxi ride from Gare du Midi but has easy access to the Metro.
The hotel is modern and the staff friendly with a good command of English. The rooms are clean and well presented. There is free wi-fi, which my colleague said was easily accessible with no hang ups etc. I slept reasonably well on the first night and better on teh second, when I got used to the pillows. This was not helped by my room being at the rear of the hotel and being woken at 4 am by the refuse collection on the Wednesday morning! Still this was hardly the hotel's fault.
There were no gym or pool facilities.
Breakfast was very good and included hot options as well as a full continetal service.
Overall exactly what one woudl expect form a Best Western. Good value for money as well.

Room Tip: Try to get a room at the front of the hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful city. It's close to central station and about 150mt from the Grand Place.

We visited Brussels late December and had this as a base to go around brussels, Brugge and Luxembourg. Conveniently located next to the train station and the main square. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Decent sized clean rooms. Worth the money.

I visited Brussels in November 2013. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the Grand Place, Galeries St Hubert, Centraal Station. We stayed in a double bedroom with a beautiful view, able to see the top of the Hotel de Ville. The room was spacious, comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was very good, with fruits, yogurt, cereals, breads and the possibility to make your own waffle!
The only problem, we found the shower broken and it was fixed the next morning but they forgot to close the door room! Fortunately, nothing was missing :)

Room Tip: Room with street view, you can see the top of the "Hotel de Ville" building
