Every Saturday and Sunday there is an Antiques market in this square. It is about a 20 min. walk from the Gare Centrale station. You can find everything from silverware to figurines to light fixtures. Every booth had something different. If you are searching for treasure this is the place to look. There are also a lot of antique shops along the streets as well as several cafes and chocolate shops around the square. If you get lost trying to find the market just head toward the Notre-Dame-Du-Sablon church as the market is set up directly beside it.

About a five minute walk from the town square lies Place du Grand Sabion. A lovely street and area with some fantastic architecture and some lovely laid back restaurants and cafes. Around you'll find a few antique shops as well as the comic strip restaurant/cafe and the solid iron statue of TinTin and his dog. Very relaxed during the days and after 11 a lively place to grab a coffee or a cocktail. This is also a middle point between the town square and the avenue.

Very pleasant square, not far from central Brussels. The square is lined with restaurants, chocolatiers and design shops. And of course the church at the higher end of the sloping square adds to the charm.

Brussels is vast and busy, and this is a lovely spot to carve out a few quiet, restful moments. On Saturdays, there is an outdoor antiquities market (mostly overpriced, but nice to browse). There are good restaurants and nice shops, besides the lovely church to view.

One of the most famous attractions in Brussels! Nice area with a lot of eateris, bars, famous as going-out place in Brussels. A very beautiful Church is situated next to the square and in front of it there is a very cosy and nice parc!
