“Lovely”
Reviewed April 20, 2014 via mobile

The house is by no means a mansion, but it is a Art Deco gem in an upscale neighborhood which we enjoyed touring. The gardens are lovely as well. Very peaceful.

Take the 3 line to Churchill and look for the sign/banners pointing down the side street. The ride takes about 15 minutes from the city center.

“A hidden gem in suburban Brussels”
Reviewed April 7, 2014

A great museum for art deco lovers - the house and its contents are in the art deco style exactly as the owners lived in it. The gardens are lovely, and there is even a maze to stroll through which is always a hit with little ones. Recently there has been some renovation work in the garden but it has maintained it's original charm.

“A bit out of town, but worth the voyage”
Reviewed February 17, 2014

If you like Art Deco then you will not regret your trip here. When we visited on a Saturday in February we had the place almost to ourselves. The gardens are being refurbished but even in February there is something for the garden lover to admire. Despite the fact that it is off the usual tourist map it is very easy to access either by pre-metro to Churchill and a short stroll or tram 92 to Vanderkindere and a longer walk. Well worth walking round the area too to admire the mix of modern and old grand houses.

“Art Deco in complete view”
Reviewed February 7, 2014

a great pleasure to discover this house and its garden from the middle of Twentieth Century, with a fabulous series of paintings from dark-age and contemporary period. The garden presents artists as guests. thanks to "Chez Dominique" to have advised me to visit this fabulous place -take the tram 92 and 5 minutes walk-
