One of the beautiful building in Brussels. And probably one of the busiest tourist square in Europe. We came to the square every evening. You will love it.

The Town Hall (Hotel de Ville) is so lovely! We went next door to the Tourism Information Office to buy our tickets. You have to buy them the morning of because there is only one tour for English per day and they only take 25 people. So plan accordingly. The rooms that you will see are breathtaking! The information you receive from the tour guide is outstanding! This is the only way you can get in to see the Town Hall. Photos are allowed without flash!

If you look closely you will notice the building is not symmetric. Look closely and admire the architecture, design and art around it.

A very spacious square, very busy spot too so mind your belongings. Beautiful gothic buildings. Stand in the centre and take a 360° turn and take in the amazing architecture. Free access

You've got to see it in its full glory to appreciate it. Around Xmas time there's always a light & music show that is just magical.
But any time is a good time to go admire this gothic master piece.

Well how to be the centre of attention on your big day ! The bride was driven out of the tiny courtyard in a vintage car. The people all flocked over a look. But hey guys, look up at the buildings magnificence. A truely remarkable building with more statues and carvings on it than I’ve seen before - right the way around. You can’t help to see it, it stands out in that Grand Square

The Town Hall's reception rooms and aldermen's offices contain tapestries from the 16th through to 18th centuries and lots of Gothic wooden panelling. Lots of sculptures adorning its walls. The spire of the tower is topped by the archangel Saint-Michael. A must see in the Place.
