“Central, centred and stylish”

This hotel is a great place for a short stay - business or pleasure. The rooms have everything you need, all wrapped up in a stylish, comfortable package. Wonderful views of the city which will entice you to explore this fabulous city. The gym and spa are worth a visit. They were both empty but made me wish that I had brought my trainers. The staff are attentive and helpful and service willing and efficient...
Food? Well it is expensive and not a great selection on the room menu, but well presented and up to standard. Can't comment on the restaurant or bar, but I guess the views would be worth the extra charges. There are many restaurants of all types nearby so it is easy to pop out...The extra is the espresso machine in the room - a great extra for any traveller.
Would love to return for pleasure instead of business next time.

Room Tip: My room was excellent with great views - the higher the better. They even supply binoculors!

I get up at 8 o clock in the morning with a drill noise coming from upstairs. I called reception about it and they recommended me to change my room. I said i want them stop now and i wanna sleep more. It took 10 minutes for them to make it stop and i couldnt sleep more. Terrible!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. When we are renovating a floor, we try to close as many storeys as possible below the floor we are working on to avoid noise bother for our guests but in your case this measurement clearly wasn't effective enough. I'm really sorry that you were deprived of your sleep, and I will address your case to our team.

My company booked me in to stay here for 5 nights. The hotel is undergoing significant refurbishment and as a consequence you can expect noise from 0700 to 1900 hrs no hot water and a cold room. The hotel has good staff that deal professionally with the all the complaints however there is little they can do to help. The owners should be ashamed knowingly using rooms so close to the floors being refurbished.

I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay.
We are doing our utmost to make sure the renovation works going on in the hotel do not affect our guests or their comfort.

The issue you experienced with water outage was due to an unexpected leak which had to be fixed in order for everything to be back up and running. We appreciate your comments about our professional staff and would very much like to welcome you again under better circumstances for your next stay.

Just attended a conference in the former "Hilton Brussels" The Hotel, Brussels. I was accommodated in an old smelly room where I couldn’t stand the smell of the old furniture and the noise of the ongoing renovation in upper floors. So I decided to leave the hotel to another, until I was granted a free upgrade to a newly renovated club room on 24th floor with access to the club lounge. Thanks to the Duty manager Mr. Saad Boumraya who demonstrated the art of customer service and customer satisfaction for 2 continuous hours.
Some floors are still under renovation. Make sure to book a newly renovated rooms which are the best in town.
If you are in Brussels, "The Hotel" is the place. And If you are in "The Hotel", Saad Boumraya is your man.

We just came back from a four day stay at The Hotel - Brussels. It is located near all the best shops, has spectacular views, the staff are very polite friendly and helpful, the decor is modern and everything is crisp and clean. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Brussels.

Room Tip: We had a corner room on the top floor, fantastic views and just renovated.

We were very pleased with the service that The Hotel-Brussels offered to us and to our conference attendees throughout our recent conference.

The Hotel's banqueting staff was proactive and helpful in helping us set up the event, checking in with us regularly to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The team doing the conference room set up and food service were especially helpful during the event, and very prepared to help with any aspects that needed a little extra help. Service at our cocktail reception and dinner were similarly very smooth and professional, while the duty managers saw to it that we had what we needed when we worked through the evenings before the event. The quality of the food served at our conference was excellent -- truly up to Belgian standards.

We were housed in a superior room on the 21st floor. We liked the modern functionality and comfort of the room, which was newly renovated – it was especially easy, for example, to work at the table beside the window seat. The single door for the WC and shower took some getting used to, however, and during the day we were conscious of some drilling from renovation work proceeding on the 19th Floor.

The 24th Floor lounge is an excellent service to guests in the superior rooms, and we liked the way in which it could accommodate both business meetings and relaxation. It, too, is well designed.

The location of The Hotel is excellent, and provides easy, walkable access to the main city sights and shopping. We preferred this environment in the “Haut de Ville”, compared with the areas in the lower part of the city.

Overall, we think that The Hotel-Brussels is an excellent location for a business conference, and we expect that we’ll be back. We certainly would recommend The Hotel to other conference organizers.

Was booked into this hotel as the usual places were fully booked, never again, this will come off of the list! A large, ex-Hilton hotel, this place has seen much better days. Situated across the road to Avenue Louise, this hotel is apparently undergoing renovation, and don't you know it. Paper thin walls you are kept awake by constant noise and in the early morning, constant banging and building work adds to your pain. Staff stretched but friendly and helpful. Avoid at all costs!
