Owner description: More than 250 vehicles cover the story of the automobile history since its early days. One zone is dedicated to sports and racing cars, while "Belgium at Autoworld" tells the love story between Belgium and the automobile industry. A different themed temporary exhibition is organized every 2-3 months! Discover this museum in the Southern Hall of the Cinquantenaire in Brussels, one of the most beautiful architectural buildings of Belgium. Autoworld, more than a museum!

Our two sons, (aged 12 and 9) LOVED this museum. It was the highlight of their trip to Brussels! There were cars from all periods of time and even some of the most expensive cars they've ever seen. The gift shop offers some of the most rare toy and collector cars as well.

I'm not a huge car fan & neither is my sister but we took our dad round this and we rather enjoyed ourselves too. Lots of cars from the earliest moments of motoring to current motor racing examples. Its interesting to see the evolution of car building and how long some innovations have been around.
NB Navigation around the exhibits is not entirely obvious

This is another favorite of ours on a rainy day in Brussels (and you do not need to wait for a rainy day, it is most enjoyable at any time). This is a very interesting museum located right across from the Military Museum in the same complex, with free parking right in front. This museum houses a vast collection of mostly European cars, from the old coaches to the more modern times. Depending upon one's level of interest, one can spend any time here, from an hour to a full day. Highly recommended for anyone with al least a modest interest in cars.

This museum was captivating! They have a wide collection of cars from a full century, well displayed and with good descriptions of each historical importance. Our whole family really enjoyed it.

We visited this place mainly as it was on the list for the Brussels card which we bought (well worth it if you're thinking about it!) and it was great to see so many old cars under one roof. My only gripe is that there were some cars where the information was missing so if you didn't know your stuff you wouldn't know which car it was! But well worth a visit - and it is situation in a lovely park
