I thnk that coming to this expensive hotel you can expect quick service. Booking the room lasted anyway quite a long time.
I asked if the hotel has free internet in the room. The answer was yes and partly it was true but only partly. It was free for one hour and after that I had to pay. Why not tell already in check in that there is no free internet or then arrange that it is really free. Normaly outside Brussels I have found it free.
I also had problems with my safety box and the repairng lasted too long. No excuse, no discount for the internet. No good.
These are small things but they either make you feel that you are well come or not well come.
