The location is good near attractions and public transport. The hotel is clean but has dated not-so-gracefully dated interiors. The room was basic and smallish, with all the amenities you would expect for hotel of this price range. Great breakfast included in the price and good service at the reception.

Rooms wasnt as the look. Bathroom was extreme, you cant sit down on the toilet. The floor get flooded when you take a shower. And generally really outdatet. You get 2 shampoos for the whole stay, but shoepolish you get as much as you want(?) The bed was nice, but the cleaning removed 4 pillows after the first day. The TV was extremely old, might be the one after black and white one.

Breakfast was terrible. Cheese and ham, coffea and sugarbread. Do i need to say more? Everything else is bagfood.

The rest of the hotel was generally extremely outdatet, need a refreshment. The have WiFi but you have to pay extra for that. The elevator didnt work half the time we spent there. Its extreamly noisy there, you can here what your neighbours whispering in the next room.

AND NEVER LEAVE THINGS IN YOUR ROOM, THE CLEANERS FORGET TO LOCK THE ROOM AFTER CLEANING!

Do not stay at this hotel!

Queen Anne hotel is very reasonably price hotel inc breakfas. Its a five minutes walk from the nearest tube, 20 mins from the main (eurostar) station and 10 mins from the Grand Place and main attractions. It's dated, the lift is the oldest ive seen, the rooms are very basic and small but after two nights and two really nice filling breakfast; I have to say we were really happy. The rooms are warm and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom is small but clean and the shower ok. The tv had some english channels, wifi isnt free. But the staff were really polite and like i said a decent breakfast. So for the money a definate yes from us

The title says a lot already. Its located just outside the citycentre on walking distance of grand place. Very good to reach by car, public transport near by. Maybe a deal with the parking garage would be an idea. Hotel looks small but offers a lot of rooms. My room on the 1st floor was big enough, bathroom dito. Only the temperature was a bit too high inside. The room was noce, although a bit too dark. How amazing black wallpaper may be, at least make sure you ut in additional lights.
Breakfast is really good, loud music in small restaurant. Wifi something you have to pay for.....bit of a shame. But all in all, great stay.

Room Tip: Stay on first 3 floors!

I spent two nights with my sister in this hotel, from the 17th until the 19th January 2013.
My overall impression is good: the room was not so big, but comfortable for two persons; the bathroom was small but functioning; the bed was more a queen-size bed rather than double, but it was ok for us; the breakfast buffet was various and rich and the staff was kind and helpful.
I think that the strong point of this accommodation is its location: paying a fair price, you can benefit of its central position, that also gives you the possibility to reach one of the metro station in a 2-3 minutes walk.
The only thing I was disappointed about is that, once we arrived there, we immediately realized that the photos we saw on the hotel website do not fully correspond to reality. We expected to find a good hotel, whereas we found a medium one.
Finally, I read some reviews in which people were complaining about the fact that the place was noisy. My room was not on the street side, so I do not know if you hear the noise from the road, but I noticed that the wall are thin and you get to hear so much of what happens in other rooms, especially at night. If your sleep is light, maybe it could be a problem.

Queen Anne Hotel is located close to the metro station - about 3 minutes on foot. Very friendly service at the reception. Rooms not very big, but clean. Bed very large, very comfortable - like the pillows. Toiletries in the bathroom, but bathroom too small. Breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. It is a pity that there is no free WiFi - should pay more 3 E for a single device. Hotel recommended for people traveling to Brussels.

I stayed here for 2 nights and major sites are within walking distance like the grand palace, brussels stock exchange and shopping areas. The rooms, elevator and hotel itself is dated but daily breakfast offer were fantastic and service from reception staff are the plus points as in one instance I cannot complete the chocolate factory walking tour online on their computer located at the lobby but reception guy did well in helping me print the voucher and always offer help everytime even if he is busy attending to other guests.
