I dont even need 200 characters to write about this hotel. "Its perfect" thats all i got..

Honestly this place is right where u want to be in the center. Excellent service, friendly staff, nice food, good service, very clean, good rates ( for a novotel ) and overall good experience.

Im usually complaining and grumpy with hotels... but couldnt really complain about much other than the silly security system on thier doors and elevators... Well better safe than sorry i guess

This hotel is very central for everything in Brussels especially the christmas markets which are situated at the back of the hotel. Rooms are of a very good standard modern and clean. Bar was very comfortable and friendly ideal for a night cap. Breakfast was plentiful and good choice. Stayed here for 3nights beginning of December in a party of 14 and would recommend it for a city break but especially good for visiting christmas markets.

My husband had booked this hotel for us as a romantic gift. Even though I like boutique hotels etc, the nice thing about Novotel hotels is that you know what level of service and comfort you can expect + the rooms are always quite spacious compared to other hotels in the centre. As we drove our own car, it was good to know there was a parking just across the street (with a recommended view on Brussels on the top floor) and worthwhile restaurants just around the corner (trotting over on heels distance), ranging from easy going to hip and happening (on the Sint Kathelijneplein). They had a Xmas fair there when we were there, so it had a nice (busy though) atmosphere. The room was spacious, with a daybed in the corner, a desk I could use as a vanity table, nice flat screen TV, comfortable beds and water boiler for your cuppa. The bathroom (very important) was also quite doable with the 2 of us, nicely redone in their new boutique style interior and strong shower. Thumbs up, in short. Breakfast was reasonable elaborate with a fun (sliding slope) toaster (good fun for kids). Bacon and eggs were welcomed by us after a copious meal with wine the day before. Oh, and they have a small pool with 2 hamam/Turkish steam bath rooms - perfect after a full day of walking in the city. Also saw tread mills (handy if you're travelling alone and want to use your time well). The only downside was that, as it was in the centre, we almost spent a third of our total travel time from Amsterdam on the (crazy) traffic in the centre (they love big cars and demanding their space.)

Room Tip: Ask for a room that's not on the side of the main street, as it's a busy thoroughway.

Really great hotel, clean, comfy, quiet, warm, spacious posh room. Had the best 3 nights sleep ever in a hotel. Huge awesome power shower. Great location too. Great hotel would certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. Spa was good, however the water in the pool was only barely luke warm! The steam rooms and jacuzzi were better.
