Average hotel - somewhat worn and tired. The room faced a boulevard with heavy traffic, but this turned out not to be a problem. The room was quite large and there was separate bath and toilet. The hotel is quite a distance from downtown Brussels, but the tram is right outside the door and is inexpensive. Breakfast was very simple and came extra (coffee was actually terrible).

Within the last 30 days I stayed twice in this hotel, all in all 4 nights travelling on business. This hotel is strategically 50 meters away from a bus that may carry you to the old city center, which is very positive. The hotel crew is great, as they are all very polite and nice and helpful which is also too much positive. Free Wi-Fi in the room and spacious room to play football within. On the other hand no interior renovation since many years now in room and bathroom. Breakfast quality and variety are short and reflect a negative picture not worth for its crew, I am afraid..
Not too much else to say..
The price is neither high nor low for what you get..
A good choice for lonely business wolves for winter times, as this hotel must be extremely hot in summertime (air conditioning absolutely not visible).
Be brave, simply.

Room Tip: If you always feel cold, it's the best hotel. If hot summer is hell for you, try elsewhere...

Location near tram station - ten stops to the city center, value for money (because of booking.com smart offer), really wide beds, outdated bathtub and not very comfortable shower, spotted carpet and some spots on walls.

This is a strange place - effectively a high-ceilinged mezzanine appartment to yourself - but before you get excited: the only furniture is a double mattress, a twin mattress, a single mattress and a TV. The giant windows (with sliding glass door) look out on one of Brussels less salubrious areas.

While the appartment is clean, it is very tired. I would say "in need of redecoration" but it's probably gone beyond decorating.

Probably good value for a family of 10, or for a night's rest with a group of friends on a budget , but pretty dire for a solo traveller.

it is a very expensive hotel for the services offered..it is supposed to be a bed and breakfast hotel so there are no room service facilities available. the location of the hotel is good and it is close to the Brussels Central station and Brussels Midi. The front office staff is very helpful and also when we stayed there was a lot of disturbance due to work going on in the hotel. the hotel did not even have a heater which is a must for the extremely cold weather which exists for most part of the year in brussels.

Room Tip: Please take a room facing the main road..

We got a big room. It was clean, but the heater wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and they told me to open the window, but being in the first floor I didn't think it was a good idea, specially after reading a paper posted on the door.
Breakfast is really good. You have several choices.

The whole hotel looks like from the 60's. The rooms are small and really dirty with rust and mold in the bathroom. No save in the rooms. No aircondition. Even the breakfast buffet was a complete disappointment.

Sorry...
Usually, I'm not so hard, but I could not find anything good at this hotel.
