Medium hotel at a good spot. Rooms was quite warm because the heat was on in the summer. Effective staff. Not cheap not expensive, not much charm but it works for staying a couple days just to explore Brussels. Not at the most turistic places.

Room Tip: No suprises it works!

The rooms are very small (cell like in some cases), noisy, and windows hard to open. Breakfast is poor, with limited choice, and shortage of cutlery and dishes - reminded me of a hostel. This is not a great hotel, not even for business travel. Avoid rooms 4 and 64 and many other rooms besides.

This hotel is very well located, at easy reach from the airport and main areas. The room was fine and the price fair. I would recommend it for people on business or just holidays.

I still cannot believe that a hotel in the Brussels centre offers such poor accommodation. It was my first very bad experience with a hotel ever. I spent a night in the room No 4, extremely small, hot, noisy but the view from my window was a total disaster. It overviewed the staff room with ventilation equipment. The hotel clerk refused to change the terrible room. Dear the hotel managers, if you are overbooked, why do you accept reservations?

We booked the Special 2 night Magritte Museum + Chocolates Offer + Breakfast included deal which was great value.

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, Museum was a saving of 8euro and shouldn't be missed, the Neuhaus chocolates were yummy.

The room was a good size with full bathroom and clean, pictures on web is accurate.

The TV channels were all French, wifi worked well.

The only problem was the room was soooooo hot, we asked for a fan and they didn't have any, such a shame as apart from that everything was fine.

The staff were all helpful and very efficient, made you very welcome.

Even with the heat problem we would return on our next visit to Brussels, just bring a portable fan.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony, avoid room 224 it faces inside and is so hot.
