Everyrhing was great. The staff, the room, the location and the breakfast! A very helpful receptionist, Miranda shared with us all the tips on how to do all the sightseeing! She even printed our flight's check in documents! The breakfast was so rich and fresh! On Sunday it was until 12 so it was actually a brunch. Iam sure I will choose NH hotels again!!More

Stayed here for 2 nights on our first trip to Brussels..
Hotel staff were friendly from the moment we arrived, check in was prompt and the reception area welcoming...The location of the hotel is perfect.
The room 617 was spacious, although not one to the newly refurbed rooms, it was clean with a large bathroom and all facilities we needed as we didn't plan spending much time in the room as we were there to visit this beautiful City. The bed was big and comfy, and it was so quiet at night considering we stayed over the weekend and it is not to far from Grand place.
The breakfast is unbelievable and so many differeny varieties of items to choose from. Serving till 12pm on a weekend is brilliant and well worth waiting lateron in the morning to eat, as it will keep you filled up till dinner.
Brussels is stunning and worth the visit.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend. Next time I would stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms which is level 4. Only downside is we didn't stay 3 nights as it was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Hotel NH and to yiur staff who were brilliant.

Rooms are very small. So are the bathrooms. It is very uncomfortable to take a shower is such a tiny space. Hot water setting is very difficult. One minute is hot and the other is cold.
The location is good. Calm but in the city centre. Staff is very friendly and efficient but I must say that the hotel needs a full refurbishment. And quickly.

After many sleepless nights in diverse Brussels hotels, finally arrived at a clean hotel in a nice location, with friendly & helpful staff and a breakfast that I kept craving for several days after...

Very high price for a sloopy service.
No wifi service worked - hot spot availble, but the network didn't work.
Bad smell in the bathroom - fungs attack somewhere in the bathroom.
Water all over when using the shower.

The rooms are a bit dated and have a frosted glass panel on the wall of the bathroom and the actual door , so that you could actually see right in , could be embarrassing and I couldn’t see the point
