I recently spent 3 days on a business event at the Royal Windsor - I found it to be a very nice and comfortable hotel with a calm and relaxed ambience - unlike many other large Brussels hotels it did not suffer from too much hussle and activity - the bedroom room was nice - on the small side - but with a very comfortable bed and all together the Hotel's service and hygiene standards seemed very good - I also ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and found the food and service to be very good - no complaints at all. It was altogether a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay there again.
As other reviewers have commented in terms of location it is superb for Brussels - you are literally a minute walk from the famous Grand Place and the associated shops and superb restaurants - so it is great for people on a leisure trip.
I was on a business trip and believe we had a good deal but was advised that the hotel can be normally expensive - but on my experience they delivered a very good experience.
