“Great location in Brussels”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 27, 2014

I arrived early (before 10:30) and was pleased to find my room was ready which was a good start.
Room was spot on, as expected with a bed and kitchenette.
The internet was free but the connection was a bit hit or miss in the room I was in so I needed to re-sign in frequently

Location was very peaceful but still within 10/15minutes of the attractions in the centre of the city. The square has lots of fish restaurants.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front and the side are on a fairly quiet street. Some rooms look onto a central courty...

Can't really fault this place. Excellent location on a lively square surrounded by cafes and bars and even an organic supermarket. About a 10 minute stroll to the Grand Place, but far enough away not to be surrounded by tourists. Very helpful, friendly staff - all are at least bi-lingual. We had a studio room that was a very decent size - a kitchen to one end you could actually make a simple meal in. Hot elements, microwave, and even a baby dishwasher. Endless supply of hot water in the clean and spacious bathroom. Windows that open.... What's not to like?

Room Tip: If you have a room facing the streets, it can be a bit noisy at night, especially on the weekends.

Recently refurbished, spacious, clean rooms with small kitchen area that's well equipped including dishwasher, 2 ring stove, toaster etc. Spotless bathroom suite which must have been replaced as part if the refurb.

Nice touches in reception include free (high quality) coffee, free computer and printer, free umbrellas, and large dining tables if you wish to eat there.

Free wifi included throughout the hotel that works well and located right beside saint Catherine metro station and an easy, flat 10 minute walk to grand place etc

Stayed for a long weekend (Friday-Monday) during April. Lovely room with kitchenette and good size bathroom. In the lovely area of St Catherine. Just a short walk from the town centre but room is nice and quiet. Clean rooms, wifi in room, 24 reception and use of free computer/printer/coffee machine. Very helpful staff all for a reasonable price. Chose not to have breakfast as was expensive and plenty of places nearby to eat. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Brussels for a holiday.

Room Tip: Ask for a room across the courtyard.

Great location right by St Catherine metro on the square. Very handy for travelling to EU institutions. Going self catering can save a fortune in Brussels. Carrefour Express a few doors down has all the basics. Rooms are simple and tidy. Plates, pans, cutlery are all supplied. There's an efficient two job stove, dish washer, fridge and microwave. Would be nice to have a few larder basics such as oil and condiments but otherwise everything else is supplied. Loads of restaurants nearby if needed though. Overall a good option for an extended stay in Brussels.

Brill location everything on the door step. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Room really clean and modern would definitely stay in any of the citadines hotel in the future . The manneken pils bar across the road is a great bar for cheap beer before heading into the grand palace for a great nite out. Just be careful with the restaurants they try and rip u off .

We booked this hotel as we were looking for a deal in Brussels therefore i have to say that this one was a good choice after all.

First thing that we need to mention is that this is not a hotel, but an apart-hotel. All rooms have kitchen so you can have breakfast in the room. There was breakfast option too in the hotel however was not very cheap.

The room was good the bed was comfortable and we had a room in the back of the street so no noise.

The only thing that was annoying was that was cleaning service only once a week. So for shorter stays you needed to do that yourself.

We didn't know this upfront so we waited 2 days for cleaning :). Anyway we got the picture and we managed ourselves in the end. This is the reason i will not give a better rating.

The location of this hotel is central but not super central. You need to walk to get to the real center.

Overall if you like the apartment system and you cannot find a better deal this one it's a good choice.
