Stayed 4 nights in the hotel, rooms were simple but functional for purpose. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Good hotel for business traveler that is looking for a nice room in good location.
I always stay in this hotel everytime I go to Brussels for the location.
It is perfect for me, close to the Central Station for train and metro.
However, it is quite expensive for an Ibis Hotel.
Breakfast is ok and wifi works pretty well.
If you don't want to hear the guys next door breathing, etc etc. I suggest you avoid this one!
There is no indication on booking and one is not informed until entering the room. Ibis replied to my post stay feedback by saying the rooms 'ensured privacy' - I can only say that the manager has evidently not slept in one of his own rooms. Apart from that good location and lots of other hotels in the area.
I went there for a weekend in Brussels and I must say the location is just perfect a few meters from Brussels Centraal Station, Grand Palace, Museums and the shopping street. You can pretty much visit most of the tourist sites from a walking distance. My room was spacious enough and the bathroom had a decent size too. I just didn't like the soup I ordered one night cause it tasted like canned soup. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend.
Usually when we go to Brussels we either stay her work the le meridian just a couple of blocks away. This ibis has been recently remodeled and is only a two minute walk from the grand place with a parking garage beneath. Reliably clean as with most ibis locations and great beer selection at the bar. You truly can't go wrong with this one.
