Very nice hotel, close to the main sights and very comfortable bed.
Stayed here just for the one night as a stopover. Taxi from the Eurostar is about €20 but i think its quite an easy trip on public transport if you dont have big suitcases to carry.
Free wi fi throughout the hotel and nespresso coffee machines in the lobby.
Room was a little dated but the bed was very comfortable. Shower over a bath is not ideal but there was good pressure.
All in all a good stay

We have just come back from 2 nights at the Radisson Blu Royal in Brussels. We booked a Business room, but were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The room was amazing, huge area, large bed, 2 large chairs and a business desk with laptop sized safe. If you are in a Business Room, you have access to the business Lounge on the 6th floor which includes a few chairs with free tea, coffee, water, Coke, apples and yoghurt, as well as free use of the two computers.
The hotel interior is stunning – a large open atrium with a waterfall, and a stream-type pond with fish. The lifts are glass so you can admire the atrium when you use them.
The breakfast buffet is ample with everything you could want. Cereal, fresh breads, pastries, yoghurts, cheese and cold meats, cooked breakfast, and waffles. It is a lovely airy room which never felt busy or rushed over the weekend.
The location is excellent as well - 4 stops on the Metro to the Gare du Midi where the Eurostar comes in from London. 2 stops to Gare du Nord, and 5 mins walk from Gare Centrale, or De Brouckere
Also easy walking distance to many main attractions – the Grand Place, L’llot Sacre, Galeries St Hubert, Manneken-pis, and Cathedrale des St.Michael et Ste-Gudulea.
Just around corner is the “A la Mort Subite” – a lovely historic place for beers and food. You are also very close to Arcadi which is an excellent and very popular café/restaurant for snacks, cakes, main meals etc.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would very happily return again.

close to city center and railway station, comfortable bed. There only shower in the bathroom with no glass doors (= all the floor is wet after taking a shower). The view to the street is on quite a dirty old office house. Items in the minibar are quite pricy.

Stayed here for the past three nights and was fortunate to be upgraded to a business class room.Very modern looking, comfortable, great shower, free wi-Fi and free in house movies.
The room also had a superb nespresso machine for superb coffee.
The bathroom only had shower but one of those great rain shower heads.
The complimentary toiletries were of a very high quality.
Being on a business class flower there was a small longe by the lifts that offered complimentary soft drinks, assorted teas and great coffee.
Breakfast was included and the continental part was great with a vast selection but shy do so many hotels get it wrong in the hot buffet. On day 1 every hot item was cold, have you ever eaten cold scrambled egg, well I can tell you it is disgusting, day 2 little improvement, day 3 gave up,they do however have a chef cooking eggs and omelettes to order and these no doubt would be perfect.
All staff were extremely efficient but why or why can they not smile.
All in all a very comfortable stay, will have no hesitation to book Raddison Blu Royal again if in Brussels

Radisson Blu Royal is a nice hotel with an almost perfectly central location for both city meetings, dining and sightseeing.

The rooms are fine and the breakfast buffet is reasonably well equipped.

I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Royal a number of times on business trips - and many my clients and business partners have now also moved to the hotel as they found it to be a much better than choice than many of the other hotels which they had tried.

Room Tip: Try to get a room tothe outside rather than the indoor courtyard.

I am usually don't complain, but I really believe that this should be shared.
1) No issue with the reception ( a bit under staff but was still OK)
2) Had expired goods in the minibar. ( the M&M's expiry date was in Sept 12)
3) Could not shower the morning as they had heating maintenance at 10am, which were suppose to last 1h but at almost 11:45am still nothing hot water... I had a business meeting therefore left without a proper shower.
4) at the check out, I just got a sorry from the staff which seems to be completely normal.

What a great place to stay in a beautiful little city. We had a very nice suite with a spacious living room & nice sized bedroom ,each with its own TV. The bathroom was also roomy, although Europe has to get on board with bathtubs & showers. Hey,we have NATO, we could have NABO. First decision: shower curtains or full doors. These 1/4 size plastic panels are not keeping the water off the floor. When playing with my toy battleships, I have to hold back the fire power to limit the water explosions. And let's get rid of the shower wands: they're practical only in lesbian porno movies.
The staff was incredible. Every one of them was extremely patient & helpful. The hotel also has a great interior design, as well.
Breakfast came with the room & that was good, but we have to get an international committee together to agree on how scrambled a scrambled egg should be...well,...scrambled.

Room Tip: If you're concerned about getting a good room, you're spending far too much time in the room...
