We went to the atomium with zero expectations. Literally zero.
But it’s really impressive to the eye, as impressive as it made us get tickets to go inside they took us pictures with a mascot and stuff and first mistake comes here... I love 360 Views I really do! But this one just really don’t worth it, idk if it’s not a good side of Brussels (even as it’s 360) or the long waits to get the lift or both combined we just didn’t enjoyed as much as we think we would, ok next part there was an expo it’s not really that interesting but if you paid... but there comes this floor that was like full of led lights with an atom-ish structure in the middle glowing as a voice tells a story with a lights show ok that was really cool and we enjoyed it a lot!
Well now we’re going out and they offer to sell us the picture with the mascot 8€ haha NO WAY!
Overall I would say going there is a good decision getting in depends on you!
It was just a photo stop at this place on our way to Belgium which was a very long journey of 9 hours we probably spent about 15 minutes here to take some photos.
It is cool, didnt go inside, but is worth a look. The area is also very nice. If short on time it is not a must.
Went in to see Atonium and Mini Europe as they are next to each other but frankly was disappointed by the hype. Nothing much to see in both the places and you are better off spending that time in citi center.
-This place is kind of out of center so takes maybe half an hour to get to
- too many people, visitors, skateboarders
- beautiful pictures opportunity, really looks great on the outside
-for me it was boring inside, or let me rephrase this – not sure if it was worth 15€ for me, and if you take a family of 4 - 60€ just adds up, and that is not worth it ☹
