“WOW”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 25, 2013

Looking at photos of this place do not do it any justice. This is one of the most spectacular building in Brussels especially when you think that it was built over 50 years ago with a very futuristic look

Inside there are always a great selection of exhibits

“Pure energy!!!”

Its very easy to get there by subway and there are lots of places to do in the surroundings. The Atomium its quite impressive but it is even more impressive the history behind it. Totally worth it.

“great views, iconic landmark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 22, 2013

costs 11 euros to get in or 8 with a Brussels card, the atomium is an iconic landmark in Brussels and is a must see, you take the lift to the top sphere for panoramic views around the area, then back down to the start and you work your way up, down and around the other spheres, which hold a permanent exhibition on the history of the atomium, and changing temporary exhibitions, it was progressive architecture of Belgium, sound boring but was really intresting. 5 minutes walk from heysel metro station.

“Has not been updated since it opened”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2013 via mobile

The atomium is a pretty cool spot but has mot had any updates since it opened.

The gift shop looks like they are still running through old inventory.

You can see mini Europe which does not seem worth going to.

Nontheless I would still recommend this stop flr a leisure afternoon in brussles. It has awesome views and some great photo ops
