Brussels has many small parks. The cinquantenaire is a medium size park that ends at a thriumphal arch.

If you were carefull and look in the trees you may find perots (yes perots in the middle of brussels).

The park is nerver to crowded but if you want to jog i would recommend the mornings.

Nice Park with a pretty Triumphal Arch and several Museums, the Auto World Museum, the Royal Military Museum and the Cinquantenaire Art Museum

Probably at the dusk you can get some really nice pictures but for that you need that more than clouds ehhe :)

Much is made of the Atomium and the Bruparck in Brussels, but east of the City Center is a marvel of architectural grandeur. The Parc du Cinquantenaire was built to commemorate Belgium's 50th anniversary as an independant nation. If you've ever wished to have seen the gorgeous World's Fair buildings circa 1900, this is as close as you'll get. The structures are massive, well-designed, and exquisitely ornamented. There are several museums in the park -- including the Royal Military Museum, the Cinquantenaire Art Museum, and the AutoWorld Museum. The masterwork of the Parc is the Triumphal Arch, a breath-taking structure completed in 1905.
