A great place to see both day and night. The buildings were beautiful in the day and at night the lighting made the gold shine out. There was so much to see it was hard to take it all in! From the Grand Place it was easy to find your way to visit other places of interest.

A must if you're interested in architecture, or just like beautiful things! There's almost too much to look at here. We could have spent many, many hours looking at the facades of the buildings, they're just COVERED in beautiful detail!

There are some lovely (expensive) restaurants in the buildings on one side of the square, whilst the other houses a few museums and the town hall.

I would recommend going in the early evening when the sunset really lights up the gold detailing on the statues and rooftops. Beautiful!

It's a fantastic place to see, beautiful buildings, full of charm. The only down side is there's lots of us tourists!

I guess the title says it all. Enjoy the bustling crowds and markets in the daytime, enjoy a snack parked for awhile on one of the ornate staircases and admire your magnificent surroundings and return in the evening when the entire square appears dipped in gold and enjoy the street theater. No place else on earth quite like this

The architecture is amazing, but the pubs and restaurants make it a great day. The food is fabulous: waffles, chocolates, beer, hot cocoa. It is all so good and you need to sample it all while in Brussles!
