It was nice to watch this funny little statue which us so famous. Not so easy to find but after some searching we found it.

The manneken pis is a laugh. After seeing all these postcards and photos, you would expect a much bigger statue. It's not even 2 feet tall.

Everyone wants to go to see it and EVERYONE says "is that it!"
It's 55cm small and that's all you need to know, except don't buy the waffles near by.

Yes, of course you have to go see it to say you've been there. No need to spend too long however, because there are too many people around it and there's really not much to see.

They say that the Little Boy peeing is one of the 'must see' sites in Brussels. Not sure I agree. When I visited, the area was full of tourists, like me. Hard to get a view and see. I was told that he is usually not dressed up. The day I went he had an 19th century military uniform. The site was comic-like with souvenir shops next door and a bar with a large selection of beer directly across. I laughed a bit, took some pictures, pushed through the corwd, and continued walking.
