If you visited Kameleon Sky 2-3 years ago and you have great memories of it, don't go there these days. It will only be a huge disappointment. The service is slow, the waiters are nice but they brought the meat less well done than asked for. They even pointed it out by saying that it's the way the chef made it but if we really wanted we could get it done differently?!? Then why did they even bothered to ask for our preference? The food tastes good but it's nothing special. Most of the meals consist of a steak or fish on an empty canvass and a side of cooked vegetables. No nice presentation, no creativity, no additions. Very plain. Which would be ok if you pay 50 eur for a meal and not over 100 eur as is the case. The house wine was simply terrible. Possibly slightly gone off but it was hard to be sure. Very good that they only serve it per glass since we wouldn't have been able to stomach much more than that. The veal was tasty but greasy, the beef was very hard to chew. The only thing that salvaged the evening was the very nice view of Brussels Grand-Place.
I recommend you to go to Kameleon Sky for a drink only to enjoy the view but do get your meal somewhere where you won't hurt inside when paying the bill and where you won't wish you cooked the dinner yourself instead.
