For somewhere so close to the Grand Place, we found it very reasonable in terms of price. We visited twice, first time had a pizza, tasty and well presented, about €9. Next time we went for the steak which was very well cooked and with a very generous helping of frites.
At the end of both meals we were offered (and accepted!) a free drink, nice touch I thought. Service can be a little slow, especially when trying to ask for the bill, but this is not a problem, given how busy they were. Yes, as some others have noted, the menu is in French, but if you ask the friendly staff will translate for you (not a problem, even my CSE Grade 2 French from 1979 held up!)
There are undoubtedly better restaurants in Brussels, but for somewhere so near the major attraction, we found it to be a real unpretentious find.
