This place is just a few steps from Centraal Station and walking distance to Grand Place and the Galeries Hubert. Can't beat the location. There's a great little italian restaurant around the corner (Ricotta & Parmesan). This is a good place if you don't need a concierge, and all kinds of other amenities, but you want space, a great location and a clean room. Would definitely stay there again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on an upper floor and in the back of the building. Very quiet and overlooking their courtyard...

Just a few minutes walk from Centraal Station or De Brouckere Metro

Make sure you check your email after booking to get the instructions with the codes for the door and safe to collect your key, as the reception is unmanned

The 1 bed apartment was a good size; with a kitchenette, sofa, desk, good sized bathroom with a nice shower & toiletries

The actual bedroom was a little small but adequate. Bed was good size, just took up most of the room!

TV has a good range of international channels. Wifi is a rip off for €10 for 24 hours (although valid for 2 devices)

It says you can book in advance to leave your luggage after check out until 2pm, but I suspect that it's left in the 'reception' area - which as I said before is unmanned, so anyone could interfere or take your bags. But maybe I'm wrong on this point

Loads of cafes and restaurants close by. And a few small supermarkets too, inc a convenience shop on the corner

There is a bit of wear & tear on some walls and the Ikea furniture, but nothing serious.

The beautiful Galeries Saint Hubert is a minute away, the European Parliament 4 Metro stops, bus tour starts up the road at Centraal station, Grand Place is about a 10 minute walk - so this is a really great place to base yourself for a few days' visit

We ate in the very nice, if touristy, Chez Leon, good value and lovely service (unlike some touristy places) - which was close by

There is an old style Nespresso machine (with the flat old-style pods) in the kitchenette, just 2 pods are included - so if you have such a machine at home, you could pack some more pods. Or order them from the management for €1 a pop!

Paid €99 for the apartment via booking.com and was v happy with it all

Stayed here last weekend in a suite which was only £85 per night. Great large room and ideal use of a kitchen. Great location. Although PLEASE avoid all the restaurants on the tourist blocks around it. Terrible food & €€€€!!!! Walk to St Gery and go to the locals hang outs like Fin De Sicele.

Stayed there last December with my wife and my brother in law in an appartement on the 4th floor at the back of the building. Spacious, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large dinning room was our home for 6 days (5 nights). A little difficult to find when arriving but very clode to city center and Grand Place.

I've stayed at the B-Aparthotel Grand Place 3 times now (4 including a different building), and it never fails to please. The fact that there is no on site staff or reception can seem a little intimidating but in fact they are as (if not more) responsive than some fully staffed hotels. I like feeling like there is noone "keeping tabs" on my comings and goings.

The rooms are always well appointed and clean. Ikea furnishings all around including the flatware give you a sense of familiarity even if you move from room to room or building to biilding. As an American I appreciate the spacious living areas and the refrigerator.

This SPECIFIC aparthotel is, so far, my favorite. Its halfway between two metro stops and if you plan it right with a little exploring you can almost walk under cover from Gare Centraal to the front step with the exception of about 100 yards. Those who frequent the area kjnow about the rain and can appreciate that.

You're also 5 minutes from three different supermarkets, 100+ eating establishments, some touristy, some not. Youre 5 minutes walk to Rue Nueve and all the shopping as well as being right down the hill from the Museum district and The Sablon.

Views arent ideal but why stay inside.
