The park is near the citycentre. Its easy to reach with public transport, number 6.
It's a nice place to spend a sunday, or on a rainy day. For 4 h it's 16.8 for an adult. Very small childeren are free. You can also pay for an whole day with an extra of 3 euro. It's really the best thing to do, because 4 h is not long.
There are some attractions for everyone., 14 slides in total. There is a special sauna area for people older than 18. It's included in the price.

This water park is located in Brussels and it's easily accessible with public transportation. There are also places to park (free or for a fee). It has something for everybody: water slides, a wave pool, a playground,...
The facilities are cleaned often during the day, the lockers are big enough and free (included in the admission, they close thanks to your admission ticket), but don't eat there, as the food is your typical overpriced park food.
I have been there several times already and always enjoy it, but pick your day and time carefully, as there are often school groups in the morning/early afternoon, especially in June.
It's a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon in Brussels, with your children, your friends...

I'm like alot of parents in Belgium, challenged to keep our kids active outdoors while contending with many rainy days. My son was hankering to visit a waterpark, but I was hesitant to go when I saw the high temperature for the following day was going to be 65 F. No problem, most of Oceade is indoors, with the exception of two slides and and outdoor pool. All the water areas are heated, and you can enter the outdoor pool via a plastic flap into the indoor pool. I took two twelve year olds and one 10 year old. They played for 3 solid hours before breaking for lunch.

Here's the deal, Oceade is part of a larger complex called Bruparck. Their are several family attractions, lots of restaurants, mult-plex theatre, ample parking and the Metro line has a stop within a 10 minute walk to the attractions. The park prices are based on height, I bought a 10x pass, which comes out to 10E per person. Not too bad for Belgium prices. Once inside they will stop you for a photo op with the mascot. Then it's off to the dressing rooms, males to the left, females to the right. Lockers are on the outer walls, pick one with a key, put your belongings inside, then insert your pass into the black pocket on the inside of the locker door. Shut door, turn key, remove key and you are off. When you return for your items, hang on to your pass. You will need it to exit the park. The passes are for four hours, otherwise you will be charged an additional 1E per person for each additional 30 minutes. Lots of seating around most of the attractions, and restrooms near the closeby. I highly recommend eating a hearty breakfast, and skipping lunch at the restaurant. The food is overly priced for the quality, typical fast food amusement park fare. If you get hungry or thirsty their are vending machines with beverages, snacks and ice cream is also available. I also packed a cooler in my car with beverages and snacks for the 45 minute ride back home.

We will be going back, my kid and his friends are already planning a date.
