Small cosy restaurant. Limited card, not much choice for vegetarians. Food is good but it is overpriced.

Upon arriving in Brussels, we settled in and decided upon this restaurant for lunch. We opted to sit outside which was a great choice for watching the world go by. Homemade pasta dishes were delicious. Dessert was creative and very delightful. Worth the price if you want a slower paced, filling meal.
The best black tagliatelle with seafood in the world. And we loved their tiramisu. 2 of us ordered 2 servings of tiramisu. We came here the next evening too for the pasta and the desserts.
It s long time I haven t tasted such a delicious family type food restaurant from the pasta (tortellini with Ricotta, honey, with a cream pear sauce, to the Poulp with patatos (all days of the dishes). An incredible penne al ragu for the kid and very good and original desert.
A high recommand for me. Style is family food, casual, classic.
Price is good for the quality and style
Toscana 21 is a small, family-owned restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are Italian and regularly travel back to Tuscany to fetch ingredients. The service is outstanding (which is VERY unusual for Brussels) and the food is excellent. Overall a little pricey, but well worth it.
