If you can, don't go here. We went on a quit night, had to beg for a table with a view, despite there being only three other tables occupied. Service (if that;s what they call it there) was slow, slow, slow. Appetizer was OK, but the main course... well, the chicken must have been fresh a few years ago... overcooked and than overcooked again... the side courses bearable if you didn't think of the price. Stay away!

I went there with my Asian friend who had just been back from her trip to Asia and let me tell you that it was not only a rip-off in terms of the quality of the dishes but also that they actually tried to rip us off with the bill!!!
We ordered some Lassi and of course the waitress insisted that we take their Mango Lassi instead (which costs more, but we were not told this). Boy oh boy, my friend was really disappointed. The Mango Lassi was completely watered down! Except for the colour, you would have never guessed in your wildest dreams that there was any Mango in it! Anyway, we forgave their error quickly and decided to continue with two dishes, one with curry and the other with ginger and coriander. That was a big mistake. One bite and my friend immediately said that something was missing from her dish. Her chicken curry dish did not have any curry in it! can you believe it? Instead they had put a tomato sauce in it for colouring! I asked myself if we had mistakenly walked into an Italian restaurant instead of an Indian one .... Similarly, my ginger-coriander mutton dish had no ginger in it and just one lonely leaf of coriander swimming on top of the greasy sauce! What a rip-off! And there was very little meat in the dish as well. It almost appeared to be a vegetarian dish ... Also, we ordered two rice plates and instead they tried to hand us a funky looking bread dish (supposedly Naan, but I am not sure about that!). I had to complain to get what we had actually ordered. At the end of our extremely disappointing meal, I went to the bathroom and saw who was cooking in the kitchen: an African and an Arabian guy!!! At least that explains some of the inconsistencies found between the menu and the crap that was served to us! Later I asked for the bill and noticed immediately that their rip-off scam continued, they had charged as prices for the dishes that were higher than what was stated in the menu! Needless to say I immediately had them correct it, I am no fool, baby!
Final comment: AVOID THIS JOINT AT ALL COSTS!

I went here in my search for desent Indian food in Brussels only to find they served me cooked frozen spinach. I ordered palak paneer and there was NOT ONE piece of paneer in the dish.

The naan was also chewy (probably also taken out of the freezer and heated up).

The pre-packaged Indian food found at your local grocer will be way better tasting than what you find here.

Don't go here unless you want a boring atomosphere, bad service and really really bad food.

I have visited this Indian restaurant plenty of times and it has consistently good food for a very reasonable price (8-12 euros main dish). There are plenty of starters and side dishes to choose from. The wine list (as it normal in an Indian restaurant) is very limited, but this is compensated by the availability of Indian beer. The service is very good and attentive.
