“Do not miss this gem”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

Traipse into the history of Antwerp with a stroll along the Vlayekensgang. It's a short little alley that truly takes you away from the 21st century

“Unusual 'street'”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

This is a 'street' with 3 entrance/exit points a sort of labyrinth. It is also easy to miss as each entrance has a door/gate so you think you are entering priate property.
If you can afford it try the Sir Antony van Dyke restauarnt. (Eur100pp)

A little, narrow, labyrinthine street in the heart of the old city.It has three entries:one from Oude Koornmarkt street-right next to Popoff shop, one from Pelgrimstraat and another one from Hoogstraat. You can find here a few little pubs and restaurants.

“quaint”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

quaint little street, dating from centuries ago but very well kept in more or less its original state, right in the center of Antwerp round the corner of city hall, worth passing through, with some typically belgian pubs at the other end ...

“A hidden gem”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

It looks like what could be a private doorway on Antwerps Hoogstraat but it brings you down some quiet alleyways that make you feel like you're back in the middle ages. Some really high quality restaurants can be found here. Actually don't come here, I want to keep it to myself!
