This place was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint me. The food was really tasty and prepared with true Spanish ingredients. The service was friendly and personal (heartly Spanish people) and the price very reasonable (with a starter which could have been a main dish, a main dish, a coffee, wine, water and a liquor offered by the house = 35€)
The decoration is a bit screamish, but it didn't bother me.
You have two places called "El toro Loco" within 1 km, by the same owners. One is closed for renovation (the tapas bar), the other one is the restaurant (but for the time of the renovation of the other, it is also a tapas bar).
I went there on a Tuesday night but at 9PM, there were still people waiting for a table.
And I can imagine their food was also worth waiting for!
