Booked into here by a helpful staff member at the nearby Hilton Hotel (5 minute walk) who recommended this restaurant. Wouldn't have found it otherwise.
My wife and I were welcomed and sat down in 1 of 3 rooms and in a spacious high ceiling setting with great pictures, mirrors and classic decoration.
Pleasant staff and good choice from both food and wine menus. Also offered a selection of daily specials, which were sourced locally that day.
Very good quality, presentation really did impress and taste matched the plate.
Choice of wine from selected areas of the world - but chose a Burgundy (Gevrey Chambertain), to accompany our main.
Service was just right, not slow or rushed - pace was perfect.
Even spent time discussing the history of the building and artists with the owner, who was really wonderful and friendly. Made our evening.
Not cheap but worth every euro spent.
Left with a glow. Would recommend.
