A small but cosy restaurant with two mezzanine areas, good atmosphere and great food. The waitress was particularly helpful, translating the more challenging parts of the Flemish menu with patience. The small kitchen means you might experience a longer than usual wait for food at busy times, but the portions are generous so it was ideal for us. All tastes are catered for - meat, fish and veggie - highlights for us being traditional beef in beer stew and a substantial fish stew. Starters included fish soup, krokketes and tapas-style prawns in garlic.
