Liang's garden is one of my favorites in Antwerp. Especially for fine eastern dining. The entourage is very fine and, although unmistakingly Chinese, not loud. The wine cart is a delight, the dim sum tower (fried, steamed or both) is a must. Why not try the dim sum menu. I did it and initially I thought I would stay hungry, but after the last batch of 5 dim sum, I was well satisfied. Another delight, albeit not on the menu, is the filled, fried eggplant. Ask Kevin if it can be made for you: it's my wife's favorite.
The wine list ... what can I say. It's a walk in wonderland. Liang's proposes every month or so a wine-of-the-month: a well balanced wine, both in taste as in price. If you want to be experimental: try the Yarden Chardonnay, an israeli wine. The smokiest one I have tasted - I immediately ordered some for my cave.
And then, already present from the beginning, but finally there: the dessert trolley: the best from the best Antwerp pastrymakers: Del rey, Schoenaers, ...
I just love this place.
