Hotel is small, but nice. The rooms are in very good shape and well furnished. Very clean. Some stairs are steep and might be a problem for handicaped or older guests, but no isssue for the average Joe.
Check in was very slow and locals seem to be granted some preference. Little flexibility with late check out and no flexibility with leaving your car on the hotel parking spot after check out time. Breakfest is above average continetal style. Parking is possible on the street within 3-5 minutes walking distance. Overall the hotel can be recommended. It is quite at night. While you are close to public transportation to the city you can easliy walk to the beach without having any party noise at night.

Very nice place to stay. Although I wouldnt call it a hotel as there is no Bar. We stayed down stairs in a very nice room. It was large and had a small kitchen (which we didnt use) It is close to a small town and about a 15 minute walk to the Seaside. I think it is better to stay in this area instead of The Hague itself. It is roughly 20 minutes by Tram from the centre of The Hague and the stop is almost opposite the Hotel.

Room tip: To access our room we had to use a very steep and narrow staircase.

I lived in the front first floor apartment in the Hotel Plato for an entire summer several years back. It was very pleasant, very convenient, and the people working there are so nice. I really cannot recommend this property enough. First, the rooms are lovely--with comfortable beds, television, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, my room had a terrace which made for very peaceful breakfasts each morning. Second, it is a great location -- particularly (I found) if you are working or taking classes in The Hague. The hotel is very close to public transportation, so it is an easy commute; however, it is far enough away from the working area of the city that it seems more peaceful. It is also great because it is very close to the beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, non-grocery shopping and entertainment. Third, and maybe most important, the owners and employees are extremely nice and accommodating. They helped me so much while I was there. And, I felt that they were watching out for me--which was particularly nice given that I knew almost no one when I first arrived. As a nice addition, they were able to provide rooms for my friends and family when they came to visit.

Room tip: The front rooms have terraces--the first floor has a ground level terrace and the upper floor has a balcony.

I love this place so much. The company rented it out for me during my visit to Netherlands.
It is a service Apartment. Located near to Scheveningan, The Hague you can spent your evening jogging near the beach or else just read a book. The studio apartment is comfy enough with fully furnished kitchenware for you to cook your own meal. The bathroom is nice you can have a very good shower after tiring day. It feels like home. Make sure to make up your own bed everyday as the housekeeping service is only on Monday.

Room tip: choose the one facing the garden with balcony!
