We went to this restaurant with a 50% off dinner voucher from Groupon.nl and we were served a set dinner that comprised of small portions from the starter menu plus a tomato coconut soup. The food was really nice & tasty. The staffs were friendly but the serving time tends to be quite long between dishes. You entered the entrance from the basement/ground floor and dining areas are on the first floor. The interior was tastefully decorated, lovely ambiance with soft lights from numerous red lanterns hanging from the ceiling. The tables and floors were of dark wood, while the armchairs were of red leathers & velvet. Overall, it's a nice romantic place for dinner, but I was overwhelmed by the heavy atmosphere from the soft lights of hundreds of red lanterns.

Group of 4. We enjoyed a Meal with 50% discount From Website Iens.nl

The Good Was Good To Great. The presentation However Could Be Better. Ambiance Is a Nicely decorated Restaurant With red And Wood. Staff Acted a bit hasty, and Serving Took a Bit too Long At Times.

However, We Had a Great Evening. That's the Most Important Thing

We had dinner here with our family of 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids). We took the 10 courses dinner, but quickly it appeared to be only 4 courses with some snacks served together in one course. The courses of the dinner were OK/not special, but seemed not connected to each other. Were we having a japanese of chinese meal we were wondering. Also there was no desert included in the courses, so we had to order that seperately.

The setting inside the restaurant was very nice. And also the staff was very friendly and quick to help us when needed. So no, comments there.

Great location and interesting interior.
Scrumptous Peking duck starter followed by a fabulous beef main course.
Don't be put off by lack of diners later in the evening the theatre keeps this place busy before the performance.
Definitely worth a second visit
