“Peace & quiet in the city”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

I walked through the Haagse Bos to get to the Louwman museum. It was most enjoyable - so much peace & quiet in the city. Some interesting wooden statues as well - you have to keep your eyes open!

“ok, nothing special”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

guess it is a nice area, however nothing really special, I would go for the coast if you like the outdoors.

“Green, lush and fresh”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

This was a lovely surprise to find - very close to Centraal Station and the centre of the city. It was a beautiful place to walk, run or ride a bike with plenty of walking paths. It felt like being out in the country and smelt really fresh and clean. We walked with a pram, for around 15 minutes from end to end.

“Great for a Run”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

I go running in this park area at least twice a week. It has a massive network of paths, cycle tracks and nature trails and allows you to explore this vast space and still be close to the city

“Forest in the city”
Reviewed August 16, 2012 via mobile

Quite an experience actually: seeing some rooftops through the trees of a forest. however, it does not take long until you lose sight of the rooftops and you imagine yourself to be in an actual forest. you can walk up to see the Huis ten Bosch, the residence of the Queen.
