This hotel is perfectly located in the city center of The Hague. From our room (Garden House) we had evan a view on the palace.

The size of the room was very small, allthough it was called superior room. But it was clean and modern furnitured. The same for the bathroom. Very small, but modern and very clean.

The free wifi connection was not very good. It was hardly possible to build up a connection. Maybe it was due to the reason that our room was very far away from the lobby. Here the connection was very good.

We did not book any breakfast.

All in all I can recommend this hotel

Room Tip: not far away from the lobby and a bigger superior room Reserve parking upfront

We spend there 3 nights with my wife and 8 months old daughter. Personal was super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and relatively quiet even with windows towards street. You should book parking in advance but parking house is quite close anyway. Only thing I see to improve is breakfast... could be more to offer. In general quite happy for reasonable price.

I can say this hotel offered the best value for money to me as compared to all the hotels i stayed in all my trips to various cities of Europe. The rooms are large enough by European standards and have large windows (in our case opening to Palace grounds) and have a balcony too.

The location is very good if you are going to spend your time in main (Grote) market as its just 500-600 mtrs away. Central station is though quite far and you may have to take a taxi to come to the hotel although it just takes 10-12 euros.
The breakfast can be improved a lot as there were not too many choices. Although the price i paid would have got me nothing above 3 star hotel (definitely not in the city center) in Amsterdam so I was happy to not be fussy about bfast.
They have a small garden area as well if you would like to sit there or just walk 50 mtrs to enter palace grounds.

All in all a good quality hotel right in the center of The Hague.

Room Tip: No need to go for a garden view room, normal rooms are with balcony and are much preferable than roo...

I like this hotel. I had a great room overlooking the garden with separate sitting area, bedroom, and large bath. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a shop immediately outside the front door for any extras one might need. Palace and restaurants just up the street. The next time I travel to Den Haag, I would definitely stay here.

Room Tip: Check the room first before unpacking to ensure it is what you expect. Make sure you check the air...

Since January my husband and I have stayed in twelve hotels with star ratings between 3 and 5. All our choices were influenced by trip advisor reviews and until this one we were never disappointed. The Park is the only one I would not recommend or return to.
The room was not large but this was not an issue - we did not expect a huge room in a city centre hotel. However we did expect it to be furnished to a better standard. The furniture was drab and really cheap looking. The wardrobe was shelved on one side - necessarily so as there was no other shelf or drawer space. Most of the other side was taken up with iron and ironing board leaving only enough space to hang five or six items comfortably and without creasing. The television was positioned so close to the bed on one side that you had to be careful not to knock into it while passing to get into bed. The bed itself was not very comfortable having a strange thin mattress on top of the usual one which didn't quite fit to the edge. The quilt was very warm - more a thickness you would use in winter than July. The room was clean and the bathroom fine.
Service we found to be very mixed. Some very pleasant and helpful members of staff. However, on arrival we found that the safe didn't work. we reported it immediately and were told that someone would attend to it the next day. We could us ones behind reception until then "totally free of charge"! When nothing had been done the next day we reported it again and were "fobbed off". When we left on the fourth day still nothing had been done about it.
When we went out on our first day we noticed a tray with the left overs of obviously someone's in room breakfast near what looked like a service lift to the kitchens. When we returned at half past seven in the evening it was still there - not good service a tray of dirty things left all day.
Breakfast was fine as part of the included rate but we would never have felt it was worth the twenty or so euros I have read is the charge if it is not included. We also didn't like the fact that nothing was cleared from the table until we had completely finished eating.
We really liked the location - a lovely quiet street with many interesting places easily reached on foot.

We stayed here as part of a small family group.Surprised that we were unable to obtain cold drinks/wine etc on arrival at 15,00hrs--bar closed until 18.00hrs--and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!!.I have never come across this beforeDisappointing..The location is excellent and at night there is no noise even on the road side roomsThe hotel is clean/spacious and rooms quite minimalist but have large beds and modern and functional bathrooms.Unfortunatey the downside was that the air con in the room kept failing (we were told maintenance was fixing it twice--unfortunately for us not successfully enough)--so in this very hot period we had a very uncomfortable stay in our room. There is no restaurant but plenty of restaurants and bars locally.Breakffast has plenty of choice and is served until quite late in the morning which is nice. Unusually in a city hotel there is a very pleasant garden which is quiet and a respite from the busy city.and an ideal spot to relax after sightseeing.. .
