You must visit this marvellous miniature village at The Hague. Children (of all ages) will enjoy this attraction. The details of the buildings and all the forms of transport etc. are out of this world. The landmarks of Holland are exhibited in this interactive miniature park. The plan of the park is set out with full route map in the booklet available at the shop. Do take time to visit and enjoy.

We were running ahead of schedule and stopped here. What fun. The buildings and all of the transportation elements that were shown were out of this world. The detail was overwhelming. The girls loved all of the little extras, Playground was the best! Could have spent a fully day to see all of the detail. Worth the ticket!!!!

A great way to see the country's landmarks in scale model sizes, in a very compact area. The interactive elements are informative and entertaining. Our group enjoyed pretending to be giants posing for shots around the landmarks. If you're travelling with young children, the park is big enough to entertain them for an hour or two, but not so big they'll be cranky or bored.

This is a rip off from the moment u enter the 8.50EUR car park. U then walk over to notice that a single ticket is 15 EUR. The miniature park is small by size and it is clear to see that most of the models are not cleaned at all. For instance the mini Schipol airport looks downright disgusting. Also something that I found very strange was the fact that of the young employees was walking around the children smelling pot.
This is place is a disgrace. Im sure it was nice once....but they should work more on the park and less on getting rich.

The very first time I went to Madurodam was with friends and several times afterwards (over the past 10 years) I have been to Madurodam taking visiting friends & family.

I must say that every time I have enjoyed visiting this attraction, perhaps not so much the last due to the extreme cold that made you want to run through the stops and get to a warm place as soon as possible but well, this is an outdoor attraction (no roof).

This place is always in good condition unlike some that are under terrible state of maintenance as the years pass. I also noticed that there were a few new buildings as well as new multimedia facilities.

The multimedia facilities included a booth were you could get photos of the Madurodam buildings you "visited" sent to you by email (though neither of us received it). Some of the points also had small screens where it would give you a short funny film with information about that place (the building). Would be nice if they had more of these and that they be all available in a language other than English. Most were English only, one or two with Spanish available.
