Stayed here with a large group in late January. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

One of our group misplaced a passport at a conference venue nearby. Thanks to the efforts of the front desk staff, the passport was located and we were able to travel home on time. Outstanding service.

Definitely want to stay there again next year.
Regards,
MS

My husband had business in The Hague for a week, and I tagged along to sightsee. We stayed at the Hilton for 7 days, and I have to tell you - I loved everything about this hotel except for one thing - the cost of laundry service. The room was awesome, the bathroom was spectacular (beautiful & enormous), the location near the city center put us close to shopping, restaurants & museums, and the staff was outstanding. Luis the doorman was especially friendly and helpful. This is one of the few hotels I was actually sad to leave. Our king bedroom was very well appointed, a little modern, and beautifully decorated. The bed was awesome. Housekeeping kept it spotless every day. This was the largest, best appointed bathroom I've ever had in a European hotel. The only issue we had was that the lighting was all downward pointing spotlights, which made it difficult to see well in the bathroom mirror while shaving or putting on make-up. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous, and the staff were exceptionally accomodating. We had an issue with a broken window sensor that caused the air to cut off sporadically, and the staff had it repaired the next day. We enjoyed our stay so much we treated the front desk to oliebollen (Dutch donuts) the last morning or our stay and left a small gift for Luis the doorman. I don't suggest using the laundry service unless you're traveling on business and your company picks up the tab. Average prices - 15 euros to wash a t-shirt, 5 euros to wash a pair of underpants, 5 euros to wash one pair of socks, etc. We sent approx. 15 pieces to be laundered (pants, shirts) and were charged over 300 euros. We could have bought new clothes for that kind of money. But we were staying 3 weeks total in the Netherlands and Germany, so it was a necessity. Everything else was a strong thumbs up. It was by far the best hotel experience I've had in years. We LOVED this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially if you plan to spend most of your time in the city center. Is it expensive? Yes. But you get what you pay for.

Stayed in October for a weekend break at the Hilton Den Haag, I loved the hotel, it is brand new, therefore it has all the comfort you can expect, but it is also tastefully done. The service at both the Front Desk and in the Restaurant was great, we haven't been in real contact with the other staff. Breakfast was very good, excellent choice of national and international specialties. We also stayed in for dinner 1 night, great food... there appeared to be quite a few people from outside the hotel as well, which is quite uncommon in Holland, therefore a good indication of the quality, ambiance and value for money... Overall a wonderful stay.

Attended a conference and many of my colleagues commented positively on the venue. Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and the general layout of the hotel was conducive to meetings - both large and small. The food was good and the bar was a good place to meet at the end of the day. The hotel is relatively new (four months?) and they seem to be working out a few issues, e.g., one of the two phones in my room didn't work and the checkout was seriously understaffed on the last day of the meetings. However, it was a nice place and a good location for business events/meetings.

stayed 2 nigths last week, was on 5 th floor, had to change rooms be cause we were close to the executive lounge and could hear the setup at 5:30 in the moring.
Hotel is new so rooms are quite nice and spacey, great bathrooms except water come out from under shower door.
Hotel service was fine, restaurant service could be better, they are very slow and not very attentive, breakfast was fine but nothing special.
Hotel location is very good.
Internet as always very expensive.

PROS: Spanking new and very nice contemporary décor with ample room (smaller closet though). Pleasant, polite and helpful staff (shout out to Ilonka who provided very helpful local information and Luis and Mehmet who assisted with locating a missing item). We would definitely stay here again .

Cons: The facility is very new and there are are some kinks which need to be worked out. We initially had a room with poor air circulation and got moved to another room after the engineer was unable to resolve the problem. The shower stall problem identified by a previous poster has yet to be corrected so there was always an overflow after use. I also agree with a previous comment that cost for breakfast is excessive – 27 Euro for full breakfast. There are however viable and more reasonable alternatives in walking distance to the hotel so this is not a big problem. Internet is reasonable only if you have an extended stay – 50 euro for 7 days, otherwise you are stuck with 25 Euro per day.
