I have stayed at Hilton The Hague in 3 ocassions for business during 2011.I enjoyed my stays. Hilton is a new hotel in The Hague centrally located at walking distance to Noordeinde Str (art galleries , shops, restaurants) and the city center. The rooms and bathroms are very modern. I found the bed very comfortable. I have stayed in a double and in a twin, both facing an inner patio, so very quiet. Last timeI had a room facing the main street.Ther have nice views, but if you get one of these, make sure it's not the last one as it is close to some construction site and they start work very early. The twin beds are not very wide, but they are comfortable.

I ate at their restaurant overlooking the small canal. The food was good.
I would definitively recommendthis hotel. I travel to The Hague on business regularly and have tried several hotels, including Meridian Des Indes. I like Hilton the best.

We had a marvelous stay for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel, great location, good food, professional, friendly and helpful staff. This Hilton offers reduced rates on weekends and coupled with advance purchase, we were able to enjoy a luxury hotel at budget rates. Thanks Hilton!

We reached this Hotel at about 15:00 hrs local time from London....the first impression of this property is very warm. Though our room was not ready, we were shown to the restaurant to have our lunch, and by the time we had our lunch, the room was ready. Probably this is the only fault I could find in this hotel...but apart from that, the hotel room was beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and warm...and the breakfast had variety of choices..loved my freshly made mushroom omelette. When we were staying there, the hotel was full with Vietnamese Govt. delegates...but there was no sign of panic on the staff, and I personally feel they tried their best to handle the situation when there was a delay in the delegate's checkout and guests had to wait for hours to get to their rooms...This shows the level of professionalism and some of the waiting guests we talked to, understood and cooperated with the hotel staff...I really appreciated the service from the Executive Lounge Staff on that busy night, when he offered to bring hot chocolate and cheese sandwich for our little daughter, even though the restaurant and lounge was very busy due to those waiting guests...Thank you.
One more thing I liked about the hotel was that they rented 'sand castle buckets & toys' for 5 euros for kids to take on the beach...this was perfect for our 3 year old daughter whose day was made making sand castles on the beach...
Location wise, its very central with good access to shops and restaurants and tram stops..the station is walking distance or 7 mins by tram...all in all...loved my stay at Hilton Den Haag!

We got a room with a blocked shower and it took awhile before someone came, they tried to fix it with chlorine and towels. After, what seemed a very long time, we've got a new room. Actually a much better room but with the view to a huge building site and work started early in the morning. Thank you so much.
We tried to have drink at the bar twice. First time we had to wait very long (bar was empty) before someone served us. Second time we gave up after 15 minutes waiting.
Breakfast was great and very friendly!

We arrived at The Hilton, Den haag to check-in at 17.00 on a Saturday after an early flight, a longer drive stuck in traffic & a business meeting to be informed that our rooms were not yet ready. When we enquired why it was explained that a large foreign trade delagation had failed to inform the hotel that they would not be vacating their rooms until 20.00 that night because their flight was not leaving until later that night! Despite this setback we were assured that all their staff including the managers were cleaning & preparing rooms as they became available & we were offered complimentory drinks and refreshments. The Manager Karen, personally apologised to all the guests and the staff were calm & efficient given the exceptional circumstances that they were faced with & the standard of food & accommodation were exactly what you would expect from the previous positive reviews. Well done! My only moan is that there is a parking charge of euro 25. The location is close enough to the central area.

Dear Guest,

I am happy to read you enjoyed your stay with us, evethoug you had to wait for your room longer than usual.

I have shared your positive feedback with our Team Members.

With regards to your comment about the parking, I would like to inform you that it is also possible to park your car around the corner, about a 2 minute walk, from Hilton The Hague and city centre. However, the price of our Valet Parking is similar to parking in public parkings in the city.

Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back soon.

The hotel is quite new, its facilities in very good shape, service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is also outstanding. On top of that, the location is just great - easy to walk to the main tourist attractions in The Hague, to Central Station, and a stone's throw from the International Court of Justice and most foreign embassies. I recommend it not only for people travelling to The Hague, but to the whole Randstadt area (including Rotterdam and Amsterdam). The city, and the hotel, are worth the train rides!

Visited your hotel last weekend. Many, many thanks for the German girl ( sorry, cant remember her name) who is working in F&B. She knows what is hospitality and she is taking very good care after the guests! This place would not be the same without her! Thank you for everything and keep doing the same thing!!!
