- and that's high praise from a (winter) Texan. So...since my colleagues said The Resident has great ribs, I had a half rack w/ baked potato (they're all like Yukon Gold here, mmmm) and a salad, then a delicious chocolate mousse met ijs & slagroom (ice cream - vanilla - and whipped cream). I am a BIG fan of slagroom. Anyway the ribs were fabulous, and I stayed to watch NL win their World Cub qualifier - 2 white beers & 3 ports, it took; football matches are LONG. :-)
