On a lazy sunday we decided to go to Echt Equisito. There was a table available and we landed near the kitchen. Friendly reception. The first taste was the bread with olio. Very nice! We ordered wine from Puglia. Ver nice indeed! The first dish was ink-fish carpaccio. This is why the title is “ almost perfect” the fish was still very cold. The taste was subtile and delicate but just to cold. The second plate was the tortello with codfish.. subtile en delicious. The kalf- cheek was great. Super sauce and very nice and intense flavors.
Great to have been here and we will be back for a “ perfect “ score.
