The food here is some of the best you can get in The Hague. Quite a strange name, but at least it is fitting. The food and service is very very good. You will likely need a reservation.
One thing that put me off though was the lack of attention to hygiene. The cooks are on display and they constantly dip their fingers in the food and lick them. While this is disgusting (why don't they just cut out the middle step and spit in the food?), you will see this all over Holland... they just do it in front of you here.
