Dudok serves a great Apple cake, a Holland tradition. Also a good place to try the traditional Dutch mint tea and people watch. If you like the cakes here, also try Koekela further down a nearby street.

If you don't mind the price, Dudok is an excellent example of Dutch taste and quality.
For pokemon go enthusiasts, there are 3 or 4 pokestops within range and as a result often lure modules are used. I caught a very powerful golduck and across at the nh Atlanta I caught a Mr Mime!

I'm having tea at dudok as a write, not at this location but at its patisserie nearby. What else to try other than the applie pie? I absoutely loved the crust.. It was thick and crumbly yet didnt fall off. Given its popularity 3euros is reasonable. Coffee though came steaming hot! The location of this place is at the back of the busy beurs area where u can find a stretch of cafes and bars. Its a pretty quiet place.. Sitting down here, watching the world go by in summer has got to be a pleasure.

This is a very nice, not too fancy restaurant. Nice architecture with plenty of glass.We had mussels and french fries for 16.50 per person. The service was good and the food excellent.They also served a great white wine (Rueda)

Best apple pie! You do not need food after eating it. Also the coffee is great. Good to talk but high background notice from all people talking. Good location for meeting up with friends.
