My wife and I stayed here before leaving on a cruise for 2 nights. We got our reservations by using credit card points and ended up getting one of the suites, the Art Suite, for our stay. It was a very large area with a large entry hall which led to a living room with a comfortable couch, large TV and large windows on one side and a large bathroom with a soaking tub on the other side. At the end of the hall was another bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower and the bedroom with 3 large windows overlooking a canal where a variety of boats and yachts were docked. All the rooms had high ceilings and were decorated with unique art objects from paintings to sculptures to antiques. When we first shown the suite by one of the desk personnel we were overwhelmed by it all. The sit down order your breakfast cooked to order was fantastic both mornings we ate there. Everyone who works there seemed to have a smile on their face and was anxious to assist us in any way they could. Our last morning there was an example of this. We asked them to call for a cab to take us and our 5 suitcases to our ship which was only a few blocks away but way too far to drag that many suitcases at our age. The cab company kept saying they were sending someone but no one showed up for about a 1/2 an hour. When one did arrive he refused to take us because he said our luggage wouldn't fit in his trunk although it would have fit in his front seat and the trunk. The woman who was helping us who I thought was the hotel manager told him to leave and then told us she would drive us to the ship in her car which she went and got and helped us load the luggage into. On the short drive to our ship we learned she was one of the owners of the hotel and she apologized several times for the rude taxi driver.
I offered to pay her for her time and assistance but she refused any payment and again helped us get our luggage over to the porters. We have stayed in many good and a few great hotels during our travels but the Suite Hotel Pincoffs was the best we have ever stayed in. If you aare going to Rotterdam and need a hotel stay there.

Room tip: Get one of the suites if they are available

We stayed here for two nights after a cruise. It is a short walk from the cruise terminal and metro station. It is a boutique hotel with 18 rooms. Our room was delightful. Our bathroom was modern and very clean. Our bed was deliciously comfortable. Staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful. Loved the breakfast. We were a little hesitant because it seemed a bit pricey but it was well worth it.

Dear GreenQueenColleen (lovely name), thanks for your compliments about the room interior, the bathroom, location, breakfast and our Auping beds! Our reception and house keeping staff will to their utmost to fulfill your wishes. We are a small boutique hotel and need more ambassadors like you who wants to support us. The Pincoffs is not the cheapest hotel in the city, but if you are willing to experience what you get for your rate... Thanks for your lovely quote: 'It was well worth it'.
With kind regards, Karen, Edwin & Team Pincoffs

The hotel is about a 3km walk from the train station...and worth the (small) "excursion". The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The rooms are nicely designed and very comfortable. There's also a nice lounge to relax with a drink and read. Great breakfast. Look forward to returning and more fully explore the city.

The ease of checking in, the attention of the staff, the beautiful room and hotel--not to mention an easy and lovely 20 minute walk to the city center--which means you are close to the action, but not too close, all make the hotel the perfect choice for a stay in Rotterdam

Dear worshiguchi, thank you for your lovely review. We hope you want to be our ambassador when you speak to people who are planning a visit to the lovely City of Rotterdam, the coolest city of The Netherlands. The Pincoffs is located near the city center on the river front close to the Erasmusbridge (quarter Kop van Zuid-Entrepot) and the City Marina.
Thank you. With kind regards, Karen, Edwin & Team Pincoffs
