Nice hotel in a very nice city! Service minded hotel staff and great breakfast buffet. The terrace by the water was nice but the birds stealing your food were annoying. A hotel I for sure can come back to.

A nice stay in a nice place.
The hotel is at around 30 min by feet from the historical Center and you can rent bycycles.
We appreciate the restaurant and when the weather is fine you can dinner on the charming terrace.
The hotel is nice and clean, the team and service was very good, easy to get and lots of parking places. The room was very comfortable for our needs, I would certainly come again in my next visit to the Netherlands.
It is not located in the center of the city but it takes only 2-3 minutes by car to get there.
The dinner at the hotel restaurant was not as good as we expected to be.
No place to play for kids which is not easy to handle with a 4 years old child, carpet looks like dirty ... Room was clean but the shower was wery old and looked very used....

The hotel is wonderful! Many thanks to the staff for their willingness to help with our English level is below average! It helps shuttle service to downtown. The meals are tasty, the room was very clean. Recommended to all!
Stayed there for a week for a conference at the Leiden Center. The hotel is only a 10-minute bike ride from the university and a 20-minute ride from downtown. Not the easiest access to the city center if you are not into cycling but the rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are equipped with a jacuzzi, the bar is great for after dinner drinks with colleagues and the breakfast is FANTASTIC!! Will come back here in a heartbeat.
