Overall this is a pretty museum but I wouldn't go again. Upon arrival, the parking attendant made us feel as though we were intruding. For a moment, I thought the paid parking make be a scam as he followed us inside and sharply told us what to do in an almost military style. We hoped for better when we entered but the ticket seller was bored, verging on rude. We paid to full admission prices but she gave us one booklet to share. We had to ask for a second and she rolled her eyes.
We asked about accessibility, as my mother uses a rollator (walker). We were told that she could see almost everything but the truth was that we could see almost nothing. It wasn't worth the admission price..
It might be fun for a young, family with a lot of kids but not an older person who loves trains.
