The village was ok it`s close to the see but nearly closed in by tall buildings.
Vip cottage are nearly no different to the others.
The sauna is a joke.
it`s too expensive but there are good restaurants around.

We just got back from zandvoort centre parcs and I have to say it was very disappointing. We booked a bungalow and my jaw hit the floor when I opened the door, it was so dirty and had an overwhelming smell of dogs and fags!! I have 2 small children and the patio outside was a sea of cigarette butts, broken glass bottles and beer cans absolutely disgusting!!! The concrete patio was cracked and wobbly so not a safe environment for kids. We eventually moved to another one which was cleaner, but outside was still disgusting! We had to collect all the glass bottles up ourselves and dispose of them and Hoover up the cigerettes so our kids wouldn't touch them.
As for everywhere else it was so dated! The pool was tiny! What they need to do is take a trip to the UK and take notes on what a centre parcs should look like its 2014 not 1984!

A big concrete building but nicely near the beach. The individual apartment units have full kitchens and apparently there are also bungalows. The staff does not go out of its way to be helpful. There are adjoining tennis courts, squash courts, bowling alley, amusement center. Peculiar but then again one travels in order to savor the peculiar.

We have been to all the currently open Center Parcs in England but I had not been to one abroad. It was certainly a different experience.

Positive comments. We stayed in the hotel on a B & B basis. Room was quite large & we had a sea view. The beautiful sandy beach is only 50m across the road from the hotel.Breakfast is a self serve basis & good quality. There is cooked food available, fresh bread & rolls, continental meats & cheeses, fruit juice, tea & coffee - each as much as you like. The price we paid for a week plus the ferry was as much as we would have paid for a Monday - Friday stay in the UK so very good value. We also had a small kitchenette with a fridge which was useful for any self catering. It is also very close to the station which gives direct access to Haarlem (10 minutes) & Amsterdam (30 minutes).

Negative comments. We had to pay extra for parking at the hotel site which we had not expected - about 50 euros for the week. There were limited activities - indoor & outdoor pool with wave machine, a couple of Crazy Golf games, squash courts & indoor tennis - which in the summer, being so close to the beach is probably not an issue but out of season may be an issue with smaller children. There is a shop to buy groceries but only one restaurant on site.

This looks like an older site but close to the centre of Zandvoort which although not a big place, has plenty of places to eat including several lovely locations on the beach.

Room Tip: Bearing in mind the location, a sea view is a must!

Good easy access to Amsterdam by train.
Good for dog owners, not so good if you want a clean, dog-free environment.
Prepare children that they may be required to wear buoyancy aids even if already swimming.

VIP bungalow is not really luxury by our standards. Very similar to a normal standard bungalow.
The sauna is not really required. One would be better off with having bigger bedrooms.
Decorations on the walls were adequate but not very special.
Overall a pleasant stay but not fantastic.

Room Tip: Make the bedrooms upstairs equal in size and get rid of the sauna. The swimming pool gives enough f...

We recently visited and found the park to be a bit older than expected, but still our family had a great time. The Aqua Mundo is fabulous for rainy, blustery days; the staff is great; the location is prime. The small grocery store on the premises has plenty to offer and the prices are great. We will recommend it to friends.
